Yes, our doll dresses fit most popular 18" dolls on the market. Also, our dolls can wear most 18"doll dresses.

Do your dolls have wigs?

No, our dolls have curly rooted hair.

Can your dolls hair be washed?

Yes, our dolls hair can be washed, but try not to wet the doll cloth body while washing the doll's hair. The cloth should not be immersed in water.

Will my doll dress look exactly as pictured?

Actual dresses may not be identical to items shown. Due to the intricate nature of the African fabrics used, each piece is unique but beautiful. The same fabric you selected at purchase will be the fabric of the dress you receive, but the look may vary slightly.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada?

Yes, we ship to most countries. See selection list at checkout. International Shipping of 1 doll to most countries costs $30. Shipping of 1 doll to Canada costs $16. Please note that you always have the option to expedite International shipping. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties. Clothing and hair accessories are usually free shipping with a doll. The cost of shipping of clothing and hair accessories without dolls are negligible.

How long will it take to receive my Ikuzi Doll website order? 

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (some exceptions may apply). United States orders ship with USPS with a standard rate of $8, however for expedited delivery you can choose the shipping option that best suites your needs. International shipping duration is 7- 21 days depending on how far from the United States you are located. Please note that you always have the option to expedite shipping for both US and International shipping.

How do I know if you have received my Ikuzi Doll website order?

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. To receive email confirmation, you must include your correct e-mail address in the checkout process.

How do I cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted through the Ikuzi Dolls website, it goes immediately into the system and unfortunately cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Once you receive your items, you have the option to return items for exchange or merchandise credit. Contact info@ikuzidolls.com

How do I exchange or return an item purchased?

Any product in good condition may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for merchandise credit.

For an Exchange: Simply place a new order for the right item(s). Return the item(s) in original packaging. Once the item(s) for exchange are received a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Item(s) must be in good condition. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
